No single technology can absolutely/optimally mitigate the risk of drilling investment on its own, in every situation, but a comprehensive tool kit can! The collective offering of the technologies into a toolkit provides technology companies with access to the world’s foremost opportunities in packaging their offering and sharing revenues. The technology companies can now collectively go beyond services and into lucrative acreage investing, drilling and project participation. Insight Exploration, LLC, is not any one or multi-tool dependent. All core tools have redundancy with other technologies and service providers. It is not only about the Tool Kit, it is about how you use the best possible tools for the project, know how to use the multiple datasets and understand and interpret that multitude of data in an integrated manner and how to put the drill bit in the ground best to make significant discoveries at reduced risk and cost.
Company Strategy
Insight Exploration’s Strategy is to focus on drilling to exploit and explore strategic and market selective offshore and onshore oil and natural gas projects with solid geologic, Tool Kit geophysics including Multi-beam Bathymetry, SeaSeep Coring, 3-D seismic, well control, acquisition of proven under developed properties and attractive Concession/leasehold positions. As part of this focus, Insight Exploration, LLC, shall pursue its strategy on the basis of the repetitive nature of identified opportunities where the CORE 5G/ONE Tool Kit provide the significant competitive advantages unique to Insight Exploration, LLC.

Acquisitions & Projects targeted where CORE 5G/ONE as two of at least three appropriate tools of the Tool Kit give high degree of certainty for acquisition and project success. Part of Insight Exploration’s process and methodology is to never acquire properties, leases or project before running CORE 5G/ONE & Tool Kit. Insight Exploration, LLC, shall focus on acquiring and drilling conventional oil and gas resource projects with large reserves as identified & confirmed by CORE 5G/ONE & balance of the Tool Kit. Some projects in acquisition may be sold after upgrading through CORE 5G/ONE pay to for regional data acquisition. Acquisition and Project Criteria includes: 1) CORE 5G/ONE deployment potential of project based in part on Multi-beam Bathymetry ONE surveys, SeaSeep Coring and geochemistry and other data availability including well logs, 2) acquisition upside potential, 3) resource size, 4) known JV partners, 5) planned project exit strategy before acquisition, 6) financing potential, 7) time to market, 8) infrastructure, 9) political risk and governmental considerations.
