Insight Exploration is pursuing exclusive and proprietary Work Programs for the Offshore Mediterranean Region oil and natural gas projects and a previously unidentified onshore play. These projects are major reserves in nature based on interpreted multi-data sets: geology, Multi-beam Bathymetry, SeaSeep Coring, gravity, magnetics, geochemistry, electromagnetics, satellite and others. Insight has a world-class Team of Geoscientists, and operations and financial management. Insight’s predecessor company Black Gold Energy (“BGE”), founded and operated by Decker, Orange and Teas in 2006, raised $96.3 million from Goldman Sachs and other investors for offshore Indonesia and sold to Niko in 2009. BGE was the largest holder of Concession Rights for offshore Indonesia in 2009. BGE performed, and now Decker, Orange and Teas industry service company Oro Negro Exploration LLC (“ONE”) provide, Multi-beam Bathymetry for scanning the sea floor for structures and oil seeps for the Gulf of Mexico and elsewhere, and also conduct SeaSeep Coring for confirmation of oil seeps (clients include super major oil companies). ONE is now to provide Multi-beam and SeaSeep Coring to Insight at ONE’s cost as a proprietary Mediterranean offshore exploration project for Insight.

The overriding philosophy and driving principal of Insight Exploration is to use its superior technologies and technical capabilities to know everything there is about an exploration project (whether offshore or onshore), an acquisition, drilling project or leasehold before buying the property or drilling a well. The Insight Tool Kit provides a unique and significant competitive and strategic advantage over the competition. The goal of Insight is to develop offshore and onshore Mediterranean Region oil and natural gas projects while never drilling a dry hole or non-commercial well.
